Open Cell Foam (Part #3):

Uncovered standard foam, charcoal colored, open cell foam, radiolucent, fire retardant, economical and useful for general positioning.

Flexible ScanCoat (Part #3-SCB):

State-of-the-art sprayed vinyl coating withstands tearing or peeling, is skid resistant, resists fluid absorption, and has low attenuation. This vinyl coating is ideal for imaging compatibility, cleanability, and contamination control.

*Please note: Covered items (-20 or -SCB) are not recommended for low KVP techniques as the edges/seams may show. Items composed of Ultrafoam (-UF) that have a height higher than 3 inches will have a glue seam that may attenuate.
