This product allows providers to simply place the knee onto the cushion and immediately know it is at a perfect 20-degree angle, rather than having to hold the knee in place against a cushion. The rigid closed-cell foam substrate allows the patient to relax against the wedge and the knee will still stay held up by the wedge.
